WHO ARE WE?
The Instituto del Café Santo Domingo is the first and only training, development, and research center in the Dominican Republic specializing in coffee culture. It is certified as a Premier Training Campus by the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA), the highest international recognition in coffee education.
We promote coffee knowledge and culture through an academic offering designed for baristas, industry professionals, companies, coffee enthusiasts, and anyone interested in exploring this fascinating world in greater depth.
Our methodology combines theoretical and practical training with immersive experiences that leverage the expertise and integrated operations of Industrias Banilejas (INDUBAN).
More than simply training professionals, we inspire a community passionate about coffee by developing knowledge, skills, and experiences that raise quality standards and strengthen Dominican coffee culture.
